China, Iran Agree to Expand Trade to $600 Billion

China and Iran mapped out a wide-ranging 25-year plan to broaden relations and expand trade during the first visit by a Chinese leader to the Islamic republic in 14 years. Two-way trade jumped from tens of millions of US dollars in 1970s to 51.8 billion dollars in 2014, and China has been Iran’s biggest trading partner for six consecutive years.  Continue reading →
